Welcome to Prince Ludo King ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by M4 Infotech. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and web version (collectively, the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Accounts and identifiers

The App does not require you to create a traditional username/password account. For online multiplayer we may use anonymous / guest authentication (for example Firebase Authentication) that assigns a technical user ID so you can join rooms and sync game state. You may optionally choose a display nickname, which is stored for matchmaking and shown to other players in a room.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or process:

App activity and content

• Display nickname (optional user-generated content)
• Game / room activity needed for multiplayer (for example room codes, turn state, scores)
• App interaction and analytics events (screens viewed, feature usage)

Identifiers

• Anonymous user IDs for online sessions
• Device or other IDs, including the advertising ID (AAID / IDFA) where permitted by the platform, used for ads, analytics, and fraud prevention

App performance

• Crash logs and diagnostics (for example via Firebase Crashlytics) to find and fix bugs
• Performance / diagnostic data to improve stability

Optional voice chat (microphone / audio)

Online games may offer optional voice chat. Microphone access is requested only if you enable voice chat. Audio is processed in real time (ephemeral) so you can talk with other players in the same room. We do not use microphone audio for advertising, and voice chat is not required to play Ludo.

3. How we use information

• App functionality — run the game, multiplayer, nicknames, and optional voice chat
• Analytics — understand usage and improve the App
• Advertising — show ads (including personalized ads where allowed) via AdMob and mediation partners
• Fraud prevention & security — reduce abuse, ad fraud, and technical misuse
• Account management — maintain anonymous session identity for online play

4. Sharing and service providers

We use trusted processors to operate the App. Processing by a service provider on our behalf is not a “sale” of your data. Device or advertising identifiers may be shared with advertising partners for ads, measurement, and fraud prevention.

5. Advertising & cookies

We display ads in the App and on the web version using Google AdMob / AdSense and related partners. Cookies or device identifiers may be used to serve and measure ads.

• Opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings or AboutAds.info.
• On Android you can also reset or limit the advertising ID in system settings.

6. Data security and encryption

We use industry-standard protections, including encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS) for network communication with our backends and major third-party services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above (for example active multiplayer sessions, crash investigation, and ad/analytics retention windows set by our providers). Ephemeral voice audio is not retained by us as a recording for advertising or profiling.

8. Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your use of the App. Because play is primarily guest / anonymous, please include enough detail for us to locate your data (for example nickname used in online play, approximate dates, platform, and any room or player ID you still have).

• We will respond within a reasonable period and delete or anonymize data we control, except where we must retain it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, or where it is solely held by an independent third party under their own policy.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

10. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. California privacy (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure or deletion of personal information we collect, and opt out of “sale” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising uses of device identifiers may be considered a “share” under some laws; you can limit personalized ads using the controls in Section 5.

12. International users

If you use the App from outside India, your information may be processed in India or other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
